Rates
The apartment rates listed on our website correspond to the total apartment rate overnight (in Euros) incl. air-conditioning and taxes. The hotel ESPLANADE APARTMENTS reserves the right to alter the prices and offers listed on the website http://www.esplanade-hotel.gr at any time without prior notice.

Arrivals and Departures
CHECK-IN (ARRIVAL) TIME: 14.00pm
DEPARTURE (CHECK-OUT) TIME: 11.00am
Upon arrival to our hotel, clients are allowed to check-in after 14.00pm. Check-ins prior to this time are allowed, provided that the reserved apartment is available. On the day of departure check–out time is by 11.00am the latest. If our guests wish to extend their stay until 18.00pm, they will be charged half the apartment rate, provided of course that it is still available. If guests decide to stay after 18.00pm, they will be charged an overnight stay..

Payment and Reservation Method
All reservations through the website, by phone or FAX require a deposit of 35% of the total reservation value and never less than 2 nights. The deposit can be paid by:
a) Bank wire transfer to our bank account with the National Bank of Greece.
b) Postal order.
c) Money transfer through WESTERN UNION.
 
Extension of Stay
In case our clients wish to extend their stay in our Hotel, they should contact the Hotel manager. Such an extension is possible only after consultation with the Hotel manager.

Cancellations and Cancellation fees
In the event of a cancellation or non show less than 7 days prior to the arrival date the deposit shall not be refunded. If the cancellation is made earlier than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit shall be fully refunded. The deposit shall be refunded to the client's bank account, but the bank transfer fees shall be borne by the client.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.
